Finding Your Duende

Food/Treats : Some yummy treats they enjoy are Honey, Sugar, Warm Milk, Nuts, Candy, Wine and trust me they will let you know what else they like. 2 things I do recommend having is Water & Sunflower Seeds.

Interaction: Spend time with your Duende. Engage in activities together, Go on nature walks, look in their eyes and play with their hair, share your day or problems you could be having. Try to build a relationship with them & help foster a bond of love and trust. It might just surprise you on how magical and helpful they could be.

Assignments: I like to call them assignments more than jobs but each troll has a special talent that can be very helpful if you ever decide to ask them for help, Although I believe a duende can help you with anything.

In some traditions, it is believed that duendes can be appeased through offerings or acts of kindness, while in others, they may require respect and caution to avoid their playful tricks. Many people encounter duendes through stories passed down through generations, making them an enduring part of cultural heritage.
